Our mission
Make meaningful work.
To create and support original music, art and stories through thoughtful collaboration, high creative standards, clear communication and respect for the people involved.
Our story
Built on years of creating. Made for what's next.
RLP brings together Amy Matthew's interests in songwriting, music production, illustration and narrative arts under one creative home. A graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design with a bachelor's degree in Illustration, Amy approaches each project with a visual storyteller's eye and a songwriter's ear.
Our vision
A creative home with range.
To grow a trusted independent company where artists, clients and collaborators can find strong ideas, polished execution and partnerships built for the long term.
What we stand for
Our values are part of the work.
Integrity first
We aim to represent services, experience and deliverables accurately. We don't promise outcomes we cannot control.
Respect for the craft
Good creative work takes skill, revision and attention to detail. We value the process as much as the final presentation.
Clear collaboration
Project scope, approvals, rights and responsibilities should be discussed openly and documented where appropriate.
Professional conduct
We seek respectful, inclusive working relationships and thoughtful handling of confidential or unreleased materials.
